Oregon City was built on a hill, and its yards prove it. From the bluff neighborhoods above the falls to the streets climbing toward Beavercreek, lots here come with slope — and slope means retaining walls, terraces, steps, and drainage that has to be planned, not hoped for.
That's the work we like. Our crews are trained, experienced paver installers, and we run our own track hoe — so the cut, the wall, the drain line, and the finished landscape are one job with one crew. Older homes here often carry old fixes — a leaning timber wall, a downspout dumped at the foundation, a lawn that creeps downhill. We rebuild those properly.
The work doesn't end when the wall is up. We keep Oregon City yards on recurring maintenance, our irrigation crew handles repairs and smart controllers, and we maintain commercial properties around Oregon City under year-round contract. Whatever the property, the same family has stood behind the work for nearly thirty years.
